How do I downgrade my account?

To downgrade or stop recurring payments, change your plan to Free on the Account tab. Click this "Change plan" hyperlink to get started:

You will need to follow the prompts until you are taken back to the Account tab. Once you're back on the Account tab, you will see a note next to your Current Tier that says "Changing to Free on [DATE]."

This means you have successfully downgraded your account and you will lose Premium access on [DATE].
